Getting Started

Before any billable work begins we meet with you to talk extensively about your project, its scope and your expected outcome. Your rep will submit a detailed proposal that includes cost, production specs and any options that you've requested.

To contract with us for the project, all you have to do is select the solutions that will work best for you, sign the proposal, establish your account and mail or fax it to us.

Strategy
We start our process with a design meeting with your company to better understand your business and to determine the objectives of your long-term online marketing strategy. By getting to know you and how your business functions, it helps us to determine how best to achieve your goals for the project. We will need to determine who your target audience is, what your marketing goals are for the project, the overall message you are trying to communicate to your audience and conduct a competitive analysis of your industry.

Once our analysis of your business, audience and market placement is complete we will determine a site navigation plan that details the structure of your website, user requirements and the overall scope of the project that ensures results.

Design
This is fun part of the project life cycle. Our designers will take information gathered in the Strategy Phase and the inspiration you've given them to create a concept for your review. We work closely with you to deliver a look and feel that matches what you want to achieve with your website. During this phase we keep in mind usability, functionality, ease-of-use and the results you want to accomplish.

After the look of your website has been determined, along with all the pages already being identified, and content we are ready to develop the website.

Development
During this phase our development team will construct the pages of your website. We will build the navigational structure, integrate all pages with graphics and provided content, code any e-commerce or other technical requirements that are needed. We also create any other interactive elements needed to accomplish your objectives.

Also during this process, your website is placed on our testing server for you to view as it takes shape and to provide plenty of opportunity for revisions and modifications to take place prior to final testing.

Quality Assurance
We make it our top priority to make sure that after development we thoroughly go through the website to make sure everything functions flawlessly. We abide by the best web standards while using our own rigorous quality standards in the final testing of your website before deployment.

Deployment
Once the extensive quality assurance testing has been completed, we will launch your website and deliver the proper project documentation to you for you to monitor and evaluate your website. After the launch of your website we will work with you to establish a regular review and maintenance schedule to accommodate your growing needs.
