Legal Verbiage /Rules & Regulations Governing Promotion

No Purchase Necessary. Void in the States of Florida, New York, Rhode Island and wherever prohibited by law.  Sweepstakes begins 12:01 AM EST September 1, 2003 and ends 11:59 PM EST December 1, 2003. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern Standard Time (EST) (US).

1. HOW TO ENTER:
There are two ways to enter the Great Outdoor Giveaway Sweepstakes:

2. LIMIT: ONE ENTRY (PER DRAWING) PER PERSON OR E-MAIL ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS).

MINOR POLICY FOR ONLINE (ELECTRONIC) ENTRY: Minors under the age of 18 may enter online after becoming a free registered guest by filling out the applicable Registration Form, and providing their parent or legal guardian's e-mail address. Sponsor will notify parent or legal guardian when their child has registered with WildernessPros.com. Parent or legal guardian will have forty-eight (48) hours to object by e-mail to his or her child's Sweepstakes entry. If a parent or legal guardian sends an email stating his or her objection within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified by Sponsor, such child's entry and information will be deleted. Minors under the age of 18 who are selected as potential winners will also be required to provide Sponsor with a Parental Permission Form. The Form will be sent to the email address of the parent or legal guardian of a potential winner under the age of 18. The Form must include a parent or legal guardian's approval signature and be returned by mail or by fax to an address and fax number provided on the Form within seven (7) days from the date of notice in order to be eligible to receive a prize. Any minor who does not provide this Parental Permission Form within seven (7) days will forfeit his or her right to be declared a winner and/or win a prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

E-MAIL CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY: It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if the entrant changes his or her e-mail address by U.S. Postal mail sent to "GREAT OUTDOOR GIVEAWAY ", c/o Outdoor Technology, Inc. P.O. Box 118, Lilburn GA, 30048.. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Entries by any method other than those set forth in Paragraph 1 above are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting entry online is prohibited.

4. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random on or about December 15, 2003, by Administrator, from all eligible entries (including previous monthly prize winners who have submitted a new entry form) received prior to 11:59 AM EST, November 30, 2003. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

THE GREAT OUTDOOR GIVEAWAY GRAND PRIZE
" One (1) outdoor vacation, including airfare and lodging, for a group of four (4) to their choice of one (1) of three (3) Virginia Outdoor Destinations (Provided and arranged for by the Virginia Tourism Corporation), either a saltwater charter fishing trip, a big game or waterfowl hunting trip, or a rafting & freshwater fishing trip. Vacation activity prizes will be offered to registrants by specified vendors within the Commonwealth of Virginia in accordance will all applicable State and Federal Laws and in such a manner as is mutually convenient for both prize winner(s) and said activity service provider.

Total prize package approximate retail value: $6,250.00

5. MONTHLY FIRST PRIZES: Three (3) Monthly First Prize winners will be selected in total (one winner per month) at random by Administrator from all eligible entries received by the dates specified in the Monthly Prize Drawing Schedule below.

Monthly first Prizes will consist of the following:

Test, Berkley Trilene Sensation fishing line 8lb. Test, One (1) Berkley Cherrywood spinning combo, 2500 Yards Spiderwire Super Mono. 12lb. Test.

Month 3 – One (1) Suit of Mossy Oak Camouflage (Shirt, Pants, Cap), Nikon Buckmaster Binoculars, Quaker Boy Game Calls, CVA Firebolt 209 Ultramag .45 Cal. Muzzleloader with Bigwoods Camouflage    Pattern Stock, Berkley Fireline 330 yds. 10lb Test,  Abu Garcia Ambassadeur 3004 H S I Baitcast Reel.

Odds of winning a Monthly Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Drawing.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY: Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes and in such event, to select winners for any remaining prizes by random drawing from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Winners will be determined in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of Outdoor Technology, Inc. ("Administrator"), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be notified by e-mail and may be required to complete, sign and return, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release. If potential winner does not reply to such notification, if the notification is undeliverable after three attempts, or if the signed affidavit and release is not returned to Sponsor within 10 days of date of prize notification, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing.  Additionally, in the event that a potential winner is a minor under the age of 18, his/her parent or legal guardian will be notified by e-mail and required to sign and return a Parental Permission Form and Release. In the event that this notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor will attempt to re-send up to three times. If no response is received within 10 days of its transmission, or should the e-mail after three attempts be returned as undeliverable, or the form and release are not signed and returned within 10 days of date of notification, such potential minor winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If a prize is won by an eligible minor who is under eighteen (18) years of age at the time of his or her registration and/or at the time of prize drawing, it will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian. Prizes will be awarded approximately 60 days after notification. No substitutions or cash alternates for the prizes will be offered. All taxes on prizes and incidental expenses not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the winners, if applicable. Winner's acceptance of a prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. ELIGIBILITY:
Employees of WildernessPros, Inc. WildernessPros Marketing, LLC, Outdoor Technology, Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertisers, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible. All federal, state, local, provincial and municipal laws and regulations apply.  Void to persons

By entering, participants release WildernessPros, Inc., WildernessPros Marketing, LLC, Outdoor Technology, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.

8. OFFICIAL RULES/WINNERS LIST REQUEST:
To request the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 12/01/03, to: Outdoor Technology, Inc., P.O. Box 118 Lilburn, GA 30048. A list of the Winners will be posted online at http://wildernesspros.com after all prizes have been awarded until 03/31/04.
